Our position is that there is an objective reality, what varies is the way we perceive it. Our approach is therefore to highlight the degree to which we are influenced by cognitive biases, then learn to master them.

Jencquel Consulting was founded in 2011 by Julian Jencquel, after fifteen years as a sales director in the luxury goods industry. Julian began his career in Caracas, then moved to Madrid and London before settling in Paris.

We are an agile structure that adapts to the needs of its clients. This means that the size of our team varies depending on volume and scope, with most of the coaches and consultants working independently yet sharing a common vision and strict ethical standards. Between us, we cover all industries and areas of expertise.
