Jencquel Consulting was founded in 2011 and is based in Paris. We are dedicated to helping managers, teams, and organizations grow and reach their goals while taking into account their core values.
We are a network of consultants who share a common approach, all trained as business coaches and benefiting from a solid international business track record.
At the heart of our approach lies the idea that the real change our clients aspire to is held in check by strong resistances, and that deep-seated motivation is needed to transcend them. Founder and Principal
Julian is a certified executive coach and business mediator. Following a 15-year international career in trade, he founded Jencquel Consulting in 2011. He speaks English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and Dutch.
